We are focused on understanding you and your story to improve your relationship with food. With our expertise and experience, we will help you find self-acceptance, love, and trust in your intuition. Together, we will explore your emotional eating and find a way to help thoughts about food and your body from controlling your life.
Nati is a wellbeing coach and founder of Nati’s Health. After spending years as a chef at retreats across the globe, training as a nutritionist, and qualifying as a certified wellbeing coach, it became apparent to Nati that diets are not the answer. That’s why she created Nati’s Health. Nati’s Health looks at the root of your eating habits, so you can reach true food freedom. No dieting. No deprivation.
The mission of Nati’s Health is to advocate a culture of body neutrality and food freedom. Nati’s Health uses a holistic approach, working with clients to discover the emotional and subconscious origins of eating habits, develop tools and strategies to overcome challenges and create a lasting sense of freedom with food that is based on enjoyment instead of dependence.
They work with clients 1:1 and in groups, as well as running workshops on intuitive eating and body neutrality for corporates, small businesses and community groups. They are also in the process of developing a podcast, to spread our anti-diet message further and allow more people to achieve freedom with food.

Health Coach Scope of Practice Overview
HCI students are trained to work with individuals and groups in a client-centred process to support their health. They are experts on behaviour change and possess the skills required to create trust and rapport with clients. The coaching process empowers clients to draw on internal strengths, develop self-knowledge, and embrace strategies for making lifestyle changes necessary for optimal health. Health Coaches do not prescribe, diagnose, treat, or interpret results; rather they guide, educate, and support clients.
Nati has a beautiful, pure way of listening to you without judgement. Her knowledge is deep and her observations have really helped me be more insightful, compassionate and less critical of my own actions. I can now gauge my patterns a lot quicker and make more conscious choices that are right for me at that time.
I recently participated in Nati’s Mindful Eating Challenge; it was an incredible, eye-opening experience. I had truly forgotten how beautiful and fulfilling food is for us. Nati’s insight and guidance helped me redefine my relationship with my mealtimes. I’m grateful for her passion and her coaching.
