How can Nati’s Health help me?
We can open your eyes to a different approach to your health and wellbeing—one that is not dependent on your weight or looks. We can free you from the stress that comes with restricting yourself and attaching emotions to food. We aim to empower you to create long-lasting and sustainable behaviour changes in your life..
What exactly does a wellbeing coach do?
Wellbeing coaches work with groups or individuals in a client-centred process to empower the client to develop and achieve self-determined goals related to health and wellness.
What services do you offer?
For many people the most effective way to take this journey is by one-to-one coaching. For this individual coaching, we offer different packages, from 6 sessions to a more intensive 3 months programme. We also offer group coaching packages where we focus on different parts of wellbeing, such as stress levels, sleep quality, and mindful eating. Group coaching can be very effective and help you with certain issues, but it is generally not a substitute for one-to-one coaching.
What will the coaching sessions be like?
1:1 sessions are private, either in person or via video call. Nati creates a safe space where you can share without being judged. As with most coaching, we use questions to help you reconnect with your inner voice and block out all external noise/opinions of others and expectations from society that you have been listening to from early childhood.
What modalities do you use in your practice?
Our main tool is coaching – asking questions to encourage you to find out the underlying issues that shape your eating habits. This requires introspection, taking time to get to know yourself better, and facing the sometimes uncomfortable realities. Different modalities will work with different clients, such as breathwork, meditation, journaling, inner bonding, and shadow work. Where needed, we will refer you to specialist practitioners.
What makes Nati’s Health different? I’ve tried so many diets but nothing has worked.
Nati’s Health is not a diet. Instead of using a cookie-cutter diet or meal plan, we assist our clients to use their insights, personal strengths and resources to develop a healthy lifestyle that they can integrate into their lives longterm. Our goal is to help you overcome emotional eating, so you no longer seek out diets.
Will you help me lose weight?
The aim of the programme is not weight loss. We will help you find out the reasons for your behaviour and emotions around food. We will take you on a journey of self-acceptance and self-love and help you re-learn how to trust your intuitions and listen to your body. On many occasions, by practicing intuitive eating for a few months, enjoying food without restrictions and judgement, clients end up losing weight naturally.
How are you different than a therapist?
We believe that therapy is incredibly helpful in many life situations and can help a lot of people. However, the aim of a good coach is “to get rid of” the clients. We aim to empower you and give you all the tools you need to set up a sustainable healthy lifestyle that suits you.
How much time will I need to invest in this?
As with anything, the more time you invest in your health journey the more you get out of it. We can give you the tools, but we believe in empowering our clients and we strongly believe in self-agency.
How much does it cost?
We strongly believe that health should be available and affordable to all, so we offer different packages. Our most accessible programmes start from £200 where you can start your journey as part of a supportive group. 1:1 coaching can be helpful when you feel you need more guidance.
