
Mindful Eating, put simply, is the act of eating using all of our five senses. Rather than hurriedly stuffing our meals down, mindful eating encourages us to not only taste, but also smell, feel, hear, and see our food.
Starting next Monday, November 9th, Nati’s Health will be offering a free 5 Day Mindful Eating Challenge. Each day, we will be sharing some simple tips and tools, straight into your inbox, that are easy to implement into your everyday life.
We often are distracted while eating our meals–by work, by social media, by television, by our families. When we practice mindful eating, we can better listen to our bodies’ signals and understand how to interpret them. We can enjoy our food more, feel more satisfied after meals, and better recognise how our emotions connect with our eating habits.
