Are you interested in learning more about wellness and connecting with your body?  If so, we strongly recommend attending the upcoming Embodiment Conference, which runs from October 14th  – October 25th. Completely free to register and 100% online, the conference features embodiment world-class embodiment experts,.

Topics include coaching & therapy, meditation & breathwork, intimacy & relationships, yoga, and more. While you may miss the connections forged at in-person conferences, the online nature allows you to easily select which “portals” you are interested in, and you’ll be able to easily pick and choose what sessions you want to participate in. We highly recommend any sessions with Dr. Gabor Mate, an expert on addiction, stress, and childhood development. We’re also excited to practice with Ana Forrest, creator of Forrest Yoga and an incredibly inspiring woman.

If you are at all interested in wellness, we cannot recommend this conference enough. There is so much information out there in the wellness and self-growth space, and it can be overwhelming to dig through and determine what best serves you and your needs. The Embodiment Conference is a great opportunity to see all the resources out there, and explore what practitioners and experts may have the most to offer you.  And since it’s 100% free and you can attend from home in your sweatpants, what do you have to lose?
